Thao
Aerial Hoop/ Silks Instructor
“I still call Australia home but now am fortunate enough to also include Hong Kong on that list, having lived here for almost 9 years.
Having spent most of my childhood outdoors, running, jumping, playing multiple sports, with a majority of my spare time climbing and swinging from trees or all things climbable - it makes sense that aerial is the next obvious progression.
My focus, both in teaching and training, aerial is always to ensure we all have solid foundations and techniques for movements and transitions, be it building strength or stability, but always working within our abilities. My biggest driver in aerial is looking at the bigger picture and then the excitement of breaking it down to manageable pathways that everybody can achieve.
I love passing on my aerial experiences and am always aiming to improve, both mine, and students' skill sets.
I am a firm believer that fitness is for life! To just keep moving and to work hard; play harder; and show up! So come play with me!”
