Fly arts 提供4.3 米高 (Fly Arts 荔枝角教室) 及 7米高(Backstage 紅磡教室) 樓底重點教授 空中絲帶舞 ,包括絲帶舞技巧、串連組合、花式動作及花式旋轉等等。Fly Arts HK 除了致力提倡 空中絲帶舞 ,還提供專業的 空中呼拉圈 教學及舞蹈訓練。不同程度 及 課堂分類,每位同學可以清淅地學習。
1) 4 weeks Silks Foundation Course (lv1-6) 四星期 空中絲帶舞 基礎課程 (1 - 6 級)
( 專爲新同學及初學者而設)
小班教學,一星期一課,連續四星期的連貫課程。升班制的進階課程。同學可以有系統地學習。老師亦更能了解及跟進每位同學進度及學習情況。
課程內容包括肌肉訓練及應用;呼吸與動作配合及協調;空中絲帶舞的基本技巧及簡易動作;了解空中絲帶舞文化及安全意識等。
完成基礎課程後,同學可以選擇報讀 恆常班 空中絲帶舞(初班/ 混合程度)
為迎合同學需要,fly arts 除了有升班制固定日期時間的四星期課程,
亦提供時間較彈性的套票恆常班 。
同學可以購買套票自由選擇,預約時間表上適合自己程度的班;已報讀 Course 的同學,如想在一星期上course 以外更多的班,亦可購買套票報恆常班,令學習進度事半功倍!
2)Silks Tricks & Tech class ( Intro) 絲帶 技巧及動作 (入門班)
入門班適合從未接觸過空中絲帶舞 或6個月經驗以下的同學仔。同學仔由淺入深學習空中絲帶舞基本技巧,如攀爬及綁結,各種簡單而優美既入門動作。
3)Silks Tricks & Tech class (Beg) 絲帶 技巧及動作(初班)
適合至少擁有半年經驗的同學仔
同學一步步學習不同的攀爬技巧、綑綁方法、空中懸掛、音樂襯托下做出簡單而優美的空中串連等。亦會為空中倒轉動作做好準備。
4)Silks class ( Mixed lv) 絲帶舞(混合程度班)
老師將會因材施教,為配合彈性上堂,課堂設計 既能適合初班程度亦能為中班及高班同學帶來挑戰!中班及高班同學將繼續學習串連動作及漸進預備學習高程度的技巧及倒轉等動作。
5)Silks Conditioning Training (Beg /Intermediate lv) 空中肌力特訓班
適合初級及中級同學。
此課堂重點訓練初級同學肌力及力量的運用,更容易掌握空中動作;亦能幫中級同學專注訓練突破樽頸位。
6)Silks Baby level Drop ( Beg) 簡易版花式下降
適合至少擁有一年經驗的同學仔
特別設計給初級同學初嘗及體驗 變化多端及充滿挑戰的下降動作。
(Fly Arts 導師擁有豐富演出及教學經驗、所有器材均通過專業測試,同學安心學習。)
7)Silks Drop (Intermediate) 花式空中絲帶舞(中級)
適合至少擁有兩年經驗的同學仔
Fly Arts 皇牌課堂:
7 米高樓底,及老師專業指導下,中級及高級同學放心學習,盡情享受花式下降樂趣。課堂上亦會學習更多高程度的空中絲帶舞技巧、形式及變化。

Fly arts provides 4.3-meter (Fly Arts - Lai Chi Kok Studio) and 7-meter height (Backstage -Hung Hom Studio) with a focus on teaching Aerial silks including techniques, combinations, movements, spin and Drop.

拉伸及柔軟訓練 Flexibility
除了空中課堂,我們提供專為空中舞者而設的拉筋班。能幫助同學仔提升空中表現、突破樽頸位。除了平時課堂上空中動作技巧之餘,透過集中訓練空中軟柔及力量,同學更能做出優美動作及正確練習方法避免受傷。
(這是專門針對空中的拉筋班 並不是瑜珈拉筋班,兩者是不同的!)
1) Splits & Shoulder Opening 空中肌力及柔軟度訓練班 (一字馬及肩膊特訓)
課堂重點於正確開一字馬,和肩膀伸展。 通過主動的伸展運動和鍛煉來增強核心,臀肌和深層臀部穩定的肌肉力量,從而學習如何用自己肌肉力量開一字馬,伸展肩膀以增加上身的活動能力。
2)Contortion intro - Ready to bend 空中軟柔度及肌力訓練班(後彎入門)
在本課程中,您將學習適當和安全的技術來增強靈活性以及使用主動和靜態拉伸。 將著重於在深拉伸中保持強度和對齊。 您可以安全地逐步增加身體的活動範圍,從而提高身體意識並正確對準身體。 課堂包括一些反轉。 要求學生必須對一字馬和拱橋姿勢有基本程度。

We also provide stretching class that designed for aerial dancer, in which students can achieve better alignments and build strength to reduce the risk of injury.
1) Splits & Shoulder Opening
Class focus on splits, oversplits and shoulder stretch. Through the active stretch and drill to build muscles strength in the core, glutes and deep hip stabilizers, learn to take your split off the floor. Stretching your shoulder to increase upper body mobility.
2)Contortion intro - Ready to bend
In this class you will learn the proper and safe technique to enhance your flexibility and using active and static stretches. There will be a focus on maintaining strength and alignment in deep stretches. You will develop body awareness and proper alignment while safely and gradually increasing your body’s range of motion. Class includes some inversions. Students must be comfortable with splits and bridge pose.
3)Aerial Flexibility & Contortion
Focusing on aerial flexibility, you will learn how to open splits, open your heart in the air and make a pretty shapes in the air.
1) Splits & Shoulder Opening

空中吊床 Aerial Hammocks
Aerial hammock (also known as aerial sling, depending on personal preference.) is one piece of fabric with the two tails connected to the celling at the same point to create a loop.

Aerial hammock dance is not Aerial yoga!
At Fly Arts HK, you will learn how to do elegant moves in the air, skills to stand on the loop, hang from the loop follow by music. As you become more advance, you will learn Drops, Slides, Spin and Beautiful Sequences with style. Aerial hammock is improving your balance, range of motion and active flexibility. a unique and fun class inspired by aerial yoga, contemporary circus and aerial dance movement. Different from the aerial yoga (anti-gravity fitness techniques on the hammock), using the hammock and dancing in the air with the beautiful poses, combos or transitions that are related to the aerial silk and circus acrobats.
